Our Mission Is To Change The Law
Our Mission has just begun! At this time we are drafting a Bill to end over-crowding euthanasia as a federal (national) law. We have a plan in place to shift the over-crowding burden from local counties to a Federal system that can assist with temporary housing, relocation and work with the foster system to help with distribution of rescues. The plan will place the cost of this burden to breeders and stores selling pets through taxes at the time of sale. Proceeds will fund this system and increase public awareness and education, so people know their first option should always be Adoption!

Soon, this summer of 2025, we should have the Bill drafted. We will post the Bill here, on this website, and ask for your signatures on the petition for the Bill. Once we have enough signatures on the Bill's petition, we will move to our next steps working with our elected officials and lobbyists in Washington. We have the plan, we know what needs to be done and how to do it, but it's going to require the support of many good people.
